We are Carole and Amanda, 2 sisters bringing their strengths together & collaborating. One has 13 years in retail, learning and development, one has 20 years in brand, marketing and operations. Together we are building dreams, empowering success! 

We know what happens when you get this right, having worked for the Estee Lauder Group, in the MAC Cosmetics division for 13+ years Amanda has extensive knowledge within the retail sales, consumer insights, education and operational departments. She has attended in her role as Area Retail Trainer international training events increasing her skill set and finding her strength in business analysis in an omni channel approach, her passion and focus is to ensure the brand and its people achieve their professional and business goals.

Carole has 20 years of experience in marketing, leading teams in above the line ATL, below the line BTL and digital marketing, working across both local and international brands, holding top positions in high pressure and demanding environments in media, financial, sports and fashion brand industries working across all channels within the commercial and retail industry.
She has a strong passion for brand, creativity and customer experience, with an obsession for detail, operational planning and business strategy.

Frequently asked questions
Timeframe?
Our 2021 Engage for Impact program runs for 12 weeks with a 1 week orientation, commencing 9th March 2021. It will cover 12 actionable topics to accelerate retail success. This is a practical how to program, which when implemented will see retail results. We suggest you only join if you are ready to work through the content. We do not transfer members to future groups.

Are there any physical interactions in the program?
Due to our groups being very diverse attracting retail managers from across the world our program is fully online, making it accessible to everyone from anywhere in the world. Due to Covid-19, we are not hosting any offline events, and have moved all of our events offline.

Commitment Requirements?
The most successful participants will spend a minimum 3 to 4 hours a week progressing through the content, and engaging with their coaches and peers. Like anything in life, what you put in is what you get out!

What happens if I fall behind?
We understand that refocusing your business is not an overnight success - we also understand that every business develops at its own pace! The good news is that you have access to all the content for 12 months from the start date, so if you fall behind you are welcome to work at your own pace and catch up in your own time.
We do however encourage you to stay up to date, and accelerate your business over our 12 weeks together, as well as benefit from the coworking sessions which will not be available post program.

Coaching?
Our group coaching sessions are available during the set program dates.
1:1 coaching is not part of the program and if this is something you are looking for, it would need to be a separate request at an additional cost based on availability.  

Certification?
This is a learning and development organisation, focused on taking action - as such we prefer to partner with business owners, leaders and coaches who have seen failure, lived successes. As such, you will receive a completion certificate, but it is not accredited.
